Our mission is to raise the standards of fitness. At Revision Athletics we meet you at your current fitness level and adjust the workout accordingly. You will be given the knowledge of how to move your body correctly, listen to what it's telling you, and get the most out of each workout. Our coaches are constantly learning new techniques to support the health transformation for our clients. Whether you're looking to increase your strength, endurance, flexibility, or speed, we will teach you how to take advantage of your strengths while working on your weaknesses to become a more well rounded athlete.
There is a worrisome trend of boutique fitness studios promising you a great workout by putting you in a dark room, turning up the music, and making you work at high intensity for 40-60 minutes without taking the time to find out who you are, what fitness level you're coming in at, or what is going on in your life.
