Body work
Injuries are never fun and can ruin exercise. Both chronic and acute pain create compensations throughout the body that can lead to problems down the road. If this is something you’ve been dealing with, let Alex literally step on you to work out the kinks. By using his weight and guiding you through movements, he’ll work with you to discover the root causes of pain and incorporate specific movements to realign the body.
Cup Therapy
You may have seen the circular bruise looking marks on athletes or other people and wondered what was that from? Unlike the typical cupping done with acupuncture, cup therapy (or myofascial decompression) is a scientifically backed method that incorporates negative pressure on certain muscles or body parts with movement and loading. This method can inhibit the overuse of the wrong muscle, active the underused muscle, increase the hydration to the areas, and create new neuromuscular pathways. All of which will help improve performance, speed up recovery, and align the body.
