We are certified experts in outdoor training. We will lead you in a great workout and we will also educate you on how to move your body to avoid injuries, why we do certain exercises, and what benefits you'll receive. Alex's goal is to show people how it's done. His easy going attitude and sometimes inappropriate sense of humor will have you following him up hills, through the sand, and into the woods as he teaches you to connect with your body and move correctly. Believing that everyone has an inner athlete waiting to be unleashed, Alex will guide you on how to use your surroundings to become fitter, faster, stronger, and healthier. Passionate about living life to the fullest, he uses ultramarathons as an excuse to travel the world and experience new places. Just wait until you hear what race or adventure he has coming up next. Having his life changed by an outdoor fitness class, he knows that yours can too.
Whitney loves leading groups through the most beautiful city in the world on a one-hour adventure. As a former collegiate soccer player and ACE-certified trainer, Whitney enjoys getting to know her clients and supporting a team atmosphere in her classes. An avid biker, rock climber, diver, and triathlete, ask Whitney about her favorite Bay Area adventures. Texan born and bred, she will take you speed training through the city and her friendly "y'all" will keep you smiling. Just try not to fall (literally) for her charm!
