Looking to heal chronic pain, recover from an injury, or optimize your performance? Work with Alex to release tightness in your fascia and guide you through exercises to help you move and feel better. 

Alex performs a form of bodywork where he uses his bodyweight to step on the client and guide him/her through specific movements. Having the client create the change from inside out brings more awareness to the body and develops new neural pathways. The body is adept to holding onto past traumas, whether emotional or physical, and fascial release is a way to get to the root cause of what may be causing the pain.

With his knowledge about fascial release and personal training, Alex has the experience to help coach and guide you through what may be causing the pain and how to fully heal from it.

Available for in home sessions or at Roxy Lou Studios gym in the Highlands.
